my favorite woo books

i have become more and more woo over the years. i’m like a woo-dhist

here are some of my favorite books on woo stuff:

  • A Walk in the Physical by Christian Sundberg: a sometimes-dry but very thorough account of why we incarnate, how our lives on Earth fit in with the larger perspective of the universe
  • Journey of Souls by Michael Newton: accounts of what happens between death and birth, from a past-life regression hypnotherapist. this book in particular made the mechanisms of reincarnation more vivid and specific to me
  • LSD and the Mind of the Universe by Christopher Bache: Bache’s account of cosmology, as impacted by ~72 extremely high-dose acid trips. i had Bache on my podcast a while back!
  • Lifecycles by Christopher Bache: Bache’s account of reincarnation. superseded in some specific places and details by LSD and the Mind of the Universe, but a more general overview and still largely consistent.
  • The Living Classroom by Christopher Bache: a compelling, personal account of how collective intelligence and morphic fields (what I sometimes call heartspaces) works. my personal favorite Bache book!
  • Weaving Fate by Aidan Wachter: this is Wachter’s book on time magick. i’ve found it to be the most compelling, personal, heart-felt, and powerful of his books. i can also recommend his Six Ways for a drier but more general, accessible overview of his perspective on magick

i’ll add more books to this list if and when i have them!

Thank U to my friend Alex who recommended many of these books to me!
