An interactive guided loving-kindness meditation.

We’ll get on a call for thirty minutes. I’ll lead us in a guided meditation on metta, the brahmavihārās, gratitude, or Love. U can make requests or share your preferences, and I’ll ask U questions. We’ll adapt and adjust the experience based on what U are desiring or reporting.
This call will deepen your Love practice—helping U to understand your own experience of cultivating Love, find your own way into keeping love in your heart and walking the Path of Love skill tree.
