Regular, consistent practice of loving kindness did what I hoped it would. I stopped feeling angry and frustrated all of the time. I felt happier and clearer, and I started acting in kinder ways.

Buddhism is the most significant influence on my spiritual practice. I’ve found it to be extremely useful and pragmatic. While you don’t have to be a Buddhist to meditate, I strongly encourage dedicated meditation practitioners to earnestly investigate Buddhist teachings with an open mind.
