Hi! I’m Tasshin! I’m the founder of The Service Guild, a crew of friends working on fun service projects related to Love, Curiosity, and Empowerment.

I don’t know who U are. I don’t know what U want. If U are looking for the end of suffering I can tell U I’m not enlightened, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very weird career. Skills that make me a dream for people like U.

Here are some ways I could help U:

Do U feel swamped by all the projects and possibilities U have in front of U? Do U miss having a boss who could just tell U what to do, or offer provocative reflections?

Hire me as a “Chief of Staff” for a week or a month. I’ll ask lots of questions, help make sense of what’s happening for U now (and where U could go in the future), and make recommendations, suggestions, and improvements wherever I can. I’ll make use of all my skills in strategy, productivity, and organization design, so U don’t have to go learn how to make a Wardley Map or a pre-requisite tree!

Are things getting done sloppily in your organization? Is there no standard way of doing things U do all the time? Do U and your teammates yearn for a smoother, better way of doing things?

I’d love to help U learn to use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) at your organization. SOP’s are effectively checklists that say “this is how we do this thing here”—like, run an event or market an offering. That way U, too, can become Sexy Overpowered Professionals!

Gradually creating an extended corpus of online content is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I believe also the world. I can help U plan a corpus-creation effort thoughtfully, so U can create more, better materials sooner.

Wish there was an excellent interview with someone specific that U are excited and inspired by?

I know the feeling. I love listening to someone fascinating tell their story and answer meaningful questions during an extended conversation. But there isn’t always such a recorded conversation available, or the interviews aren’t that good. That’s why I have my podcast, the Reach Truth Podcast. If there’s someone specific U’d love to hear on it, consider commissioning an interview with them!

Is there a piece of writing U know how to write, and wish existed, but just can’t seem to find the time or motivation to sit down and finish?

I can help U create what I call an Informational Blog Post, so that U can leave the breadcrumbs U wish U’d had when U started being interested in a specific topic. I can take you step by step through my own process for researching and writing excellent blog posts, or even ghostwrite such a post for U. Let’s chat!
