People ask me for calls all the time. I love people! I love calls! If U are interested in speaking with me, I’m interested in speaking with U! We would almost certainly enjoy speaking with each other, and find time with each other useful and generative.
That said, like all of us, I have a finite amount of time and energy. I am typically on extensive Zoom and phone calls, as part of my own life, work, and endeavors. I don’t know about U, but I can only do so many calls per day or week. I love being generous with my time, and want to help as many people as I can, but as there’s more interest in my life and work, I simply can’t scale to demand.
Having buttons to “pay to book directly to my calendar” solves this problem.
These buttons make it simple for me to talk to U if U really want to, without overhead for emailing and scheduling. U can pay to get to the top of my priority list, and I will be fully present. Receiving funds for my time also supports my livelihood and work.
I have several options, so people can adjust according to their income levels. The higher prices sponsor someone else booking time at a lower rate, as an act of generosity.
Boundaries are good! Boundaries around what calls I have, when, and why, help me to bring my fullest self to the calls I do have, to have abundant energy and joy for the things I choose to spend my time on. This is my one wild and precious life (unless it ain’t), and I want to use it well.
If U want to spend time with me but not spend money, U can probably find me at a Service Guild event online.
Another strategy is to invite me to ur podcast. I love talking, being asked questions, and recording our conversation means that it will have maximum deep benefit. I may still decline, though, especially as demands on my time go up over time.
I also host community calls for members of my Patreon every quarter (roughly). This is also a good way to spend time with me!
Another strategy is to be awesome for years, to be a serious person in my general direction. Eventually, we’ll probably do a call, or meet in person.
U can also email me to introduce urself or with questions. I will reply as I am able!
